Quality Control is Maintained through:
- Initial Testing and Checking Processes (See "Selection Process")
- Constant Client Feedback
- Annual Appraisals
- Electronic monitoring of all items with an expiration (License, TB, CPR, Advanced Certifications, OSHA, etc.)
- Two Staff RN's to assist entire staff in execution of our Quality Control Procedures.
